I first photographed Lauren at Quyen’s wedding in San Diego just a little over 4 years ago. When she first emailed me to say she was getting married, I was super excited about it. She’s an elementary teacher and Eric an Air Force Officer studying at the United State Air Force Academy, WOW! They are romantic types with a taste for good fashionable trends, they have an easy going approach to life. The wedding was planned from St. Louis, which is the place where where this love story began. Lauren grew up in the San Diego area of Rancho Santa Fe, a fitting location to host their wedding. For their wedding venue, they chose the manicure gardens and lawns of the Crosby Club in Rancho Santa Fe. It was a sort of destination wedding for a lot of their friends and families.  I love all the gorgeous details they incorporated into decorating the wedding, reminds me of the fashion term “accessories make the outfit”. So many wonderful moments from this day, the ones I remember the most are the ones involving the parents,  Lauren’s grandmother, her parents and also Eric’s parents, very  warming,  in time these moments are all we can we can hang on to in life, so meaningful.  It’s great to see familiar faces again and again, had so much photographing this wedding, a total treat for me!! 🙂
