Liliana’s Quince: a beautiful birthday celebration in Orange, California

I was recently hired to photograph the quinceanera birthday celebration of Liliana, a beautiful young woman who turned 15 years old on a beautiful sunny day in Orange, California. Liliana wore a gorgeous green traditional ball room gown with white shoes, she looked absolutely stunning. She had 2 Damas who wore beautiful pink dresses, and 3 Chambelanes, all close friends of hers.

The day started with a traditional Catholic Church mass in the city of Orange with blessings and a presentation of flowers to the Virgin Mary. After mass, we had some time for traditional formal photos inside the church as well as making a stop at a beautiful park in Irvine for some outdoor photos. The reception was held at her house which had been transformed into a beautiful garden setting reception. There was delicious food, dancing, music and special performances from the birthday girl herself. It was fun to capture such a beautiful heartfelt day for this beautiful family.
