When Crystal and Robert told me they wanted their engagement session photos done at L.A. Union Grand Central Station and Santa Monica, I got excited because I love both of these locations. They are great places to bring couples to have their engagement photos done. Grand Central Station is a time capsule architectural beauty to behold. Stepping into is like walking into the early 1900s with it’s decor and backdrops, it’s beautiful and I can only imagine how great it must’ve been when it first open, it must’ve brought all of Los Angeles together into some big party . So as you can imagine I love this place! I love photographing here and I been here many times and each and every time I walk away with photos that are so different.

Crystal and Robert are young and vibrant and a very modern looking couple with really good looks to them and both of them have this amazing smile! It’s been sometime since I last saw Crystal, she was the made of honor at Quyen & Jeff’s wedding 2 1/2 years ago. That was a really fun fun wedding that I enjoyed photographing with my good friend David.

With 2012 coming to end these two California natives are visiting from New York, the place they call home now. They are visiting  friends and family and also their photographer which is me!

Santa Monica has changed so much and it keeps on changing it’s one of those places in Southern California which continues to grow and grow, but it’s still a gorgeous place for easy casual urban style photos on Ocean Front Blvd with the pier and the Promenade, love this place too.
