Some love stories simply feel meant to be, and Rich & Tanzi’s is one of them. These two wonderful souls met in the workplace, where their friendship blossomed into something deeper. Over time, their connection grew into an inspiring love built on mutual respect, laughter, and shared purpose. When it came time to celebrate their union, they did so in the most thoughtful and meaningful way — surrounded by family and friends during the cozy, golden harvest season of October.

As an Orange County wedding photographer, I have the joy of capturing many beautiful love stories, but Rich and Tanzi’s day was truly special. From our very first conversation, I could tell how meticulous they were in planning every detail of their wedding day. I was thrilled when they reached out after finding me listed as one of the preferred photographers at The French Estate. It’s always rewarding when couples connect with my photography and my experience photographing at this venue over the years.

The French Estate in Orange County, California, is one of Southern California’s most charming and intimate wedding venues. Under new ownership, it has undergone a beautiful transformation — with upgraded gardens, refined details, and enhanced outdoor areas that make it ideal for couples seeking an elegant and cozy atmosphere. The venue offers multiple ceremony options, allowing couples to exchange vows facing either the front or back gardens, each direction offering its own unique backdrop for stunning outdoors photography.

A Joyful Celebration Surrounded by Family and Friends

As their wedding photographer, I loved documenting every moment of Rich and Tanzi’s celebration — the way they looked at each other, the closeness they shared, and the pure happiness radiating throughout the day. Their wedding was filled with heartfelt laughter, emotional moments, and lively dancing — thanks in part to DJ Ryan of Waveform Events & Entertainment, who kept the energy high all night, and to coordinator Melissa, who ensured every detail ran smoothly. Melissa and Rich actually used to work together at The Wedding Mining Company Orange Hills, which made the day feel even more personal and connected.

Every time I photograph at The French Estate, I’m reminded why it’s one of my favorite venues in Orange County wedding photography. Its lush greenery, classic architecture, and warm ambiance create the perfect setting for natural, romantic images that truly reflect a couple’s love story.
