When Andrea and Max reached out to me for their elopement wedding in Laguna Beach, I knew it was going to be something special. This couple, who has been together for 10 years, had just moved to California from Orlando and knew it was finally the right time to make it official.
It was a crisp, early December day—just chilly enough to give that perfect winter vibe but still stunningly beautiful. The day started with Andrea and Max getting ready at the elegant Inn at The Mission in San Juan Capistrano. The charm of this historic venue, with its timeless architecture and cozy ambiance, set the perfect tone for what would be an unforgettable day. Surrounded by their closest loved ones, the excitement and love in the air were palpable.
The ceremony took place at the Laguna Beach Civic Hall in Laguna Hills, an artistic and intimate venue perfect for their elopement. Surrounded by their closest loved ones, Andrea and Mass exchanged vows, with their daughter by their side, sharing in this joyous and emotional moment. You could feel the love in the air—this was not just a wedding; it was the start of a new chapter in their lives.
From there, we moved to Treasure Island Beach by the Montage Resort, where we had the most breathtaking photo shoot. The setting was pure magic—an arch formation framing the happy couple, with the iconic California coastline stretching behind them and a golden sunset casting a warm glow on everything. The vibe was nothing short of enchanting, and it felt like the perfect reflection of Andrea and Max’s love story—timeless, vibrant, and full of energy. The waves crashing in the background, the soft golden light, and their undeniable chemistry made for a series of photos that I will never forget.
The day wrapped up back at The Inn at The Mission in San Juan Capistrano for an intimate reception with family and friends. The evening was filled with laughter, love, and heartfelt toasts as everyone celebrated the newlyweds. It was a true testament to how, even on a Monday, love is always in the air, and it’s never too late to make it official.
What I absolutely loved about this wedding was how well-planned and choreographed it was. Every detail felt intentional, and Andrea and Max’s love for one another was evident in everything they did. Despite having been together for a decade, their commitment to each other and their beautiful daughter made this day even more meaningful. It was clear they’d waited for the right moment to make their love story official—and the day couldn’t have been more perfect.
Elopement weddings are always such an intimate and beautiful experience, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been the one to capture Andrea and Max’s special day. To witness two souls so deeply in love with one another and to be a part of their incredible journey was truly an honor.
Congratulations, Andrea and Max! Your love story is just beginning, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you next.
