“I love the way you make me smile”

Just had the pleasure of capturing another picture-perfect wedding at the oh-so-chic The Oviatt in Downtown LA. This time, the lovebirds in the spotlight were the amazing Tamara & Michael: a seriously sweet couple whose happiness practically radiated brighter than the city lights!  They said “I do” in front of their closest cheerleaders (and the jaw-dropping backdrop of iconic skyscrapers, natch) on the most beautiful spring day you could imagine. Southern California finally decided to ditch the rainy season and bless us with sunshine, making it the perfect day to soak up some rays after all those grey clouds.

As a wedding photographer, I gotta say, The Oviatt never disappoints. With its different levels of terraces and open-air spaces, it totally captures the unique vibe of Downtown LA. It’s no wonder these two  picked it for their special day – it’s a one-of-a-kind in today’s modern-everything world!
